Srotas Health is an AI-powered clinical research platform founded in 2022 and headquartered in the UK, with operations across the UK and India. Built by technologists with 15+ years in AI and digital health, the company was personally inspired when a co-founder's family member struggled to find a suitable clinical trial after a Hodgkin lymphoma diagnosis — a barrier the platform is now built to eliminate.
The platform automates the entire clinical trial recruitment workflow — from patient identification and eligibility screening to engagement and enrollment — using proprietary Clinical Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal data processing, and multilingual AI voice agents. Researchers upload a PDF protocol, and the AI instantly extracts inclusion/exclusion criteria, scans connected EHR databases, and surfaces eligible patients with visual evidence for every match in milliseconds.
